Supply Officer Aircraft On Ground (m/f/d) AIRBUS

Your Prospective Job:

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Aircraft on Ground at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:

• Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG situation
• Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
• Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
• Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
• Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
• Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
• Part of the on-call service

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
• Professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and Disposition / Material Procurement
• Advanced user skills in SAP and Google Workspace
• Fluent English and advanced German skills spoken and written
