For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder as Procurement Integrity Manager (m/f/d) to conduct business in compliance to laws and regulations.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Give guidance in all questions around E&C (Ethics & Compliance) in Procurement
  • Support the ECR (Ethics & Compliance Representitives) community in Procurement
  • Support the identification and resolution of E&C matters in Airbus Procurement
  • Interact with the legal teams in all Airbus Divisions
  • Support the legal teams investigations in Procurement related to Open Line alerts
  • Lead and give support for awareness sessions, trainings and workshops on all E&C related matters (to Procurement worldwide)
  • Support the implementation and fulfilment of compliance controls in Procurement
  • Support or lead projects to further implement E&C targets in Procurement
  • Support regular reporting of KPI

Your Profile:

  • Completed studies in law, business law or acomparable
  • Professional experience in Procuerment and Law
  • Experience in Compliance is advantageous
  • Good knowledge in Change Management
  • Knowledge about Code of Conduct is advantageous
  • User skills in Google Workspace
  • Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
  • French or Spanish skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel (minimum once per quarter, worldwide)
