British American Tobacco Germanyhas an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Junior Manager (m/w/d) in Hamburg!

ROLE SUMMARY

As an eCommerce Deployment Executive, you will collaborate internally with different teams such as the Area Digital Experience, Consumer Experience, and the Distribution Team. You will also engage with some external stakeholders like the Technical Agency and the E-commerce Warehouse.

• Support E-commerce & CRM Deployment manager to deliver Vuse & Glo E-commerce Targets (e.g., NTO, volumes) via OTIF implementation of digital activations according to cycle plan

• Creative development & deployment of e-com activation concepts for end market specific activations incl. asset creation and relevant end market approvals (e.g., promo plans, SKU changes)

• Continuous briefing, testing & approval of technical enhancements & UX/UI optimizations based on area plans, consumer insights and market trends

• Close collaboration with area digital team, end market CRM Deployment Executive & Loyalty Deployment executive to ensure best-in-class interlinkage and implementation of activations across digital touchpoints and to ensure fast exchange of results and derive learnings for future plans

• Close collaboration across End Market & area digital team to ensure actuality of plans matching performance and FY KPI achievement

• Full ownership of end market forecast & stocks according to cycle plan (e.g., promo peaks, Launches)

• Manage 3rd parties to ensure flawless implementation of activities and order fulfilment (e.g., creative agency & Care Line Briefings, Warehouse Maintenance processes)

• Continuous monitoring of competitors and exploration of new digital marketing touchpoints and channels to exploit new advertising opportunities

• Senior stakeholder presentations presenting results and learnings including next step recommendation and outlooks

• University degree with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Marketing & first experience in e-commerce deployment positions & at least 2 years of work experience in a digital driven job

• Consumer centric and commercial mindset: understanding of consumer purchase decisions

• Affinity for new media and technical innovations with a curiosity for new digital trends

• Project management skills & ability to drive and execute cross-functional projects

• Flexibility and intrinsic motivation to push projects forward autonomously

• Strong analytical and communication skills, having the ability to manage several stakeholders simultaneously

• Thinking outside the established ways of working to solve challenges (‘Can-Do Mindset')

• Strong team player

• Fluent in German & English
