Configuration Manager Aerospace (m/w/d)

Join our aerospace team in Hamburg and contribute to Configuration Management activities for Airbus wide-body aircraft. In this role, you will focus on A330 and A350 cabin customization, coordinating stakeholders, studies and validation activities to ensure successful configuration decisions.

• Support Configuration Management activities for Airbus A330 and A350 aircraft programs.
• Coordinate and investigate cabin customization topics and out-of-catalogue options.
• Consolidate study results and stakeholder inputs to support decision-making.
• Organize stakeholder meetings, track actions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Prepare and present configuration studies and recommendations to the Custo Board for validation.

• Experience in the aerospace industry, ideally within an Airbus environment.
• Knowledge of Airbus Configuration Management and wide-body aircraft, particularly A330/A350.
• Strong understanding of ICC, ACP, CADB and related configuration processes.
• Experience working with PCL and Google Workspace.
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination and analytical skills with fluent English.
